Windows users can now simply contact us by phone or email, and we'll send a utility via email with instructions to setup a remote connection.

As soon as we get your request, we will contact you to set up a time so you can allow us to take control of your computer in order to diagnose and fix problems. Remote assistance will be charged at a rate of $30 per hour. There is no charge if it is determined at the time of connection that the PC cannot be repaired remotely.

*There is a minimum one hour charge if repairs are made. Client may request termination of remote assistance at any time.
